CHANDIGARH: Accusing the Haryana chief minister, Bhupinder Singh Hooda and his family members for amassing wealth by corrupt practices in the past ten years, the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) on Saturday submitted a charge sheet to state governor demanding a judicial probe into various 'scams' held during Hooda's tenure.
In its 140-page charge sheet submitted to the Governor, Kaptan Singh Solanki, INLD has accused Bhupinder Singh Hooda government for committing scams worth Rs 8-10 lakh crore in the past ten years and has sought directions for probe from a Supreme Court judge into various property transactions of Hooda and his family members.
The INLD delegation led by party's state president, Ashok Arora has alleged that the Bhupinder Singh Hooda and his family members have partnership with various real estate companies including Ramprastha, Parsavanath, Suncity, BPTP.. The charge sheet has accused that Hooda and his family have a big farm house in south Delhi, 250-acre land in Madhya Pradesh (MP), benami partnership in Suncity Rohtak, share in a real estate company in Beri in Jhajjar district, three residential plots measuring 1000 square yards in Suncity Rohtak, two palatial houses in Rohtak, huge chunk of land in Kashipur and Bajpur in Uttrakhand.
It was also alleged that Hooda's nephew has been given dealership of JCB machine for the entire state of Uttrakhand, investments in India Bulls, a company owned by Deepinder Singh Hooda's brother in law and several petrol pumps owned by CM's son-in-law, Kunal Bhadoo in Gurgaon.
INLD has also accused the Hooda family for owning a hotel in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia worth Rs 2500 crore. Probe has also been sought into the frequent foreign visits of CM's nephew Manu who has allegedly been diverting black money for investing outside.
Talking to media outside Haryana Raj Bhavan after submitting the charge sheet, senior INLD leader, Abhay Chautala said that the party would also bring a supplementary charges sheet against Hooda in which the details about his Basant Vihar Delhi residence, penthouse in DLF golf club Gurgaon, details about 16-petrol pumps and a premium school owned by his son-in-law and details of other benami properties of his daughter and son-in-law would be revealed.
In their charge-sheet, the INLD has also given exhaustive details about the various change of land use (CLU) scams where prime land in national capital region (NCR) have been given to benefit private builders, favoritism, nepotism in government recruitment and giving undue benefits to retired bureaucrats have also been alleged.

Reacting to the allegations leveled by the INLD, CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that he had not committee any irregularities during his tenure as CM.
