Money stuck with Uber? here's what you can do

App-based cab service provider Uber, which has been forced to shut operations in Delhi following alleged rape by one of its drivers, has clarified to its customers on what happens to their money with the company.

In an email sent out to its customers, Uber has said that customers can use their balance across the various merchants supported by Paytm, a leading payment solution.

Customers who wish to get their balance refunded have been advised to reach out to Paytm on care@paytm.com to have their balance credited to their bank account/debit/credit card.
