1. A third rape case involving Uber cab driver Shiv Kumar Yadav came to fore on Tuesday. In 2013, Yadav, a resident of Ramnagar village, was arrested for allegedly raping a girl from the neighbouring Nagla Saar village.
2. In the 2013 rape case, Shiv Kumar Yadav escaped because of lack of evidence.
3. In Shiv Kumar Yadav's native village, people call him a repeat sexual offender and want him stoned to death.
4. Police have registered a separate FIR of forgery against Shiv Kumar Yadav for submitting forged documents with the Burari Transport Authority to get an All India Tourist Permit.

10. A judge has ordered the precautionary suspension of the ridesharing service Uber in Spain, saying it represents unfair competition.
