Hazare took the decision after meeting his key associates and activists at Wardha on Monday. The Padayatra will reach Delhi after covering a distance of 1100 km from where a jail bharo agitation will be started and will be continued till the anti-farmer provisions were withdrawn by the Modi government.

Hazare said that the rally was expected to reach Delhi on May 1 after which a jail bharo agitation will be started. He said that farmers and activists will also stage a sit in near the homes of MPs and sing bhajans to protest against the anti farmer provisions.
Meanwhile before leaving for Wardha on Sunday night from Pune, Hazare said that the internal conflicts in the AAP were sending a wrong signal to common people and said that AAP leaders must sit together to resolve the differences.
