BJP leader Ananth Kumar, who announced the details of the various panels, said the party has decided to release a chargesheet against the Congress-led UPA in the run up to the general elections.
Party leader Gopinath Munde and Ravishankar Prasad have been entrusted with the responsibility of preparing the chargesheet.
The party plans to hold 100 rallies across the country to expose the Congress.
Varun Gandhi and Ananth Kumar have been given the charge of planning and arranging these rallies.
Top party leaders LKAdvani, Vajpayee and Rajnath Singh will oversee the functioning of central poll panel which is headed by Narendra Modi.
The party's publicity team will have senior leaders Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitely and Amit Shah.
MM Joshi will head the BJP's manifesto team for 2014, while NitinGadkari will be responsible for party's vision document.
Nitin Gadkari has also been given the special charge of overseeing Delhi assembly elections.
Amit Shah, Poonam Mahajan and Navjot Singh Sidhu have been included in a panel entrusted with the job of wooing the first-time voters.
